How-to use
First: pierce seal, massage onto skin 30 min before going outside. We recommend using every morning; whether you're headed to the beach, by the pool, or out for a run. For best results, reapply every 1.5 hours, after sweating + after swimming; especially if you have a light complexion.
Practice mindful sun care: seek shade when possible & wear protective UPF rated shirts + hats during long hours in the sun. Be mindful 10am to 4pm; when UVA/UVB is highest. Get outside, stay sun smart, and take care.
